This course provides an introduction to self-promotional portfolio design and production with an emphasis on the best practices of the current industry. Students will develop the design and computer skills necessary to create a distinctive and appealing portfolio for career enhancement.

This course provides an introduction to package design with an emphasis on the practices of the current industry. Students will develop the design skills necessary to create a distinctive and appealing brand identity for the retail marketplace. This includes learning to design from the perspectives of aesthetics, marketing, manufacturing processes, sustainability, and utility.

Create a posterized Self-Portrait in 4 different versions representing four seasons using the Image Trace tool in Illustrator. In each portrait, the number of colors should not exceed 6.

Create a vector self-portrait using Ben-Day Dot as an expressional element in Adobe illustrator on a 24”x30” artboard.
ASSIGNMENT 5 - - DIGITAL SOL LEWITT
Research on Sol Lewitt Drawing instructions and choose one instruction to interpret into a computer language.
Select one of the Solewit drawing instructions and convert it into a processing code. Submit your code as a text file to the blackboard.
